* Shipping charges are dependent upon weight, volume and destination.

* As soon as your merchandise is shipped we will automatically forward a shipment tracking number to you so that you can monitor the progress of your package.

RETURNS

- All returns and/or exchanges for product purchased through the internet must be returned to Argentina.
- All returns and/or exchanges for product purchased in stores around the world must be done in the country of purchase.
- All postal charges must be paid in full prior to shipping: all packages received without prior payment will be refused by La Martina.
- La Martina will cover all postal charge for the shipment of all exchange from Argentina.

* If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the item that you received from LA MARTINA, you can ask for an exchange or your money back within ten days of receipt.
Please contact LA MARTINA prior to returning the relevant items explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. This enables us to fully understand the reasons for the return, and also to authorize the exchange.
If an exchange or refund is authorised, you will receive an authorization number.

PLEASE NOTE: It is essential that you have obtained our authorization and a relevant authorization number prior to returning the package.

A refund can only be given to items returned in their original packaging unused and unworn.
